The 6.7 Powerstroke Full Delete Bundle for the 2011–2012 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 permanently upgrades your truck to run without the factory emissions system — ending "See Dealer" codes, check engine lights, limp mode, and forced regen cycles. It's the complete kit: tuner, delete pipe, and EGR delete in one order.
The bundle lets you remove every emissions-related part and sensor for good — the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), DEF tank (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), EGR system (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and CAT (Catalytic Converters, including the DOC and NOX). A DPF/CAT delete pipe bolts in where the original sat, and the EGR delete kit seals the openings and reroutes exhaust out the pipe.
In the box you get your choice of a BDX delete tuner or an EZ Lynk tuner with all required accessories, a 4" rust-resistant DPF and CAT delete pipe, and a complete EGR delete kit, with an optional 5" P1 Race Pipes exhaust and muffler available. Both tuners run shift-on-the-fly power levels — the BDX steps from +30HP up to +150HP (the Switch On The Fly unlocks the levels), and the EZ Lynk runs from Stock up to +200HP.
This fits the 2011 and 2012 6.7L Powerstroke F-250, F-350, and F-450 in all pickup trims and box lengths, but not Cab & Chassis without modification. No welding is required — the pipe bolts up with included hardware and the EGR kit is bolt-on. Most owners report a 5 MPG gain on average and fewer trips to the body shop.
